Es buenísimo! Lo recomiendo. Ya llevo 4 días usándolo y la batería todavía dura del 1er día de carga. Puedes ver saturación de oxígeno, medición del sueño, frecuencia cardiaca, temperatura y otras cosas con una app que se sincroniza con salud del iPhone. Voy a comprar otro para mi mamá! Por ahora ha funcionado super bien y está perfecto por el precio. Es liviano, no molesta y es a prueba de agua. Me he duchado con el anillo y sigue bien!

Excelente custo benefício. Não é muito preciso na determinação do sono, mas pelo preço, está valendo. Mede bem a temperatura corporal e oxigenação. ATENÇÃO: siga fielmente o guia das medidas para determinar o tamanho do anel a ser pedido. Se fizer o procedimento correto, obterá o anel de tamanho correto. Ao contrário de vários comentários que dizem ter obtido um anel folgado, foi provavelmente por não terem feito o procedimento correto. Fui na opinião desse pessoal, e pedi um número menor e quase me lasquei. Por sorte o anel ainda coube justo no meu dedo anelar que é mais fino, mas eu queria utilizá-lo no dedo indicador que é o mais indicado para o uso de gestos.

Ошиблась на один размер, чуть-чуть большое, поэтому надела на указательный палец правой руки. На среднем пальце носить неудобно из-за толщины самого кольца. По работе самого кольца и приложения – пока всё нравится. Жалко, что не со всеми приложениями для здоровья совместимо. Ноглавное, что это устройство хорошо делает свою работу! Я удивилась, увидев, сколько шагов я действительно прохожу за день, а не только когда телефон в моих руках. Немного непонятно, в каких единицах и по какому принципу ищмеряется кровяное давление, но диапазон нормы/ненормы помогает просто отслеживать состояние в течение дня

The ring measures sleep, steps, temperature, “stress”, HRV, it’s waterproof, lasts one week without charging. It works with iOS and android. The app is free. Pairing takes seconds. Looks exactly like Oura. R09 is the best generation from R02 to R012. When your Bluetooth is off, the ring still measures you to up to 3 days and then it synchronizes. For its price, it’s smart enough. Steps and sleep are very precise, I can’t say that about stress. Generally it gives you some data on how well you’re doing.

Quería probar 1 smart ring pero no estaba dispuesta a gastar mucho dinero, yo usaba SmartWatch hace tiempo porque tengo una taquicardia sinusal inapropiada y me ayudaba a monitorear, pero me aburrí de usar el reloj porque tenía que cargarlo todos los días (me compré otro con mejor batería pero fallaba mucho). Entonces pensaba en un anillo para igual poder monitorearme sin mucha preocupación. Llevo 5 hrs con el anillo puesto con 1 sesión de pilates inclusive y comparé los datos con una sesion guardada de pilates con mi reloj y el resultado es bastante similar. de momento muy conforme, el precio fue lo mejor!!! no es super ancho, es comodo, luce bonito. lo volvería a comprar. tiene otras cosas como tomar una foto con él y asi. recomiendo!!!

This is probably my best buy on here so far but the real challenge was sizing. The size 10 does not fit my fore finger but it fits my middle with some force and ring finger with no issue. I went to costco to check my ring sizes checked, and they were as follows, 9, 10, 11 from my ringfinger to my forefinger. So this information may be helpful for someone else. It is tracking my sleep, heart rate, stress levels and oxygen and so far, it appears to be doing it well. We’ll see how it performs overtime but I’m totally satisfied with this purchase and recommend it.
