Amazing. 21 thousand games on here. the ps1 games work flawlessly, as do all the others the sega genesis, megadrive, famcon etc all working mint. some of the n64 games lag, csnt run golden eye very well but with the amount of games on here its no biggie. arrived super quick and after doing checks can see it is not a clone. this is a real r36s

Muy buena consola! Pagas por lo que recibes y estoy muy satisfecho. Vino con una placa r36s v22 que sería el último modelo producido y el cual tiene un espacio en la plaza para soldarle una chip wifi. Yo no lo instalé porque para mi uso suficiente con un dongle, pero hay personas que lo hicieron y quedó genial. Consola altamente recomendada.

This is the genuine article. Just to make sure, I flashed a fresh micro SD card with the ArkOS image for R36S that I downloaded online, and it booted it right away, proving that this is indeed not a fake
The console is a pleasure to use, although I couldn’t get any Naomi roms working properly on it, it does run a lot of Dreamcast games very well, even including Soulcalibur and Legacy of Kain, it also plays a lot of N64 quite well, except for the most demanding titles. PlayStation, Super Nintendo and Pico-8 runs flawlessly, just don’t expect to play PlayStation 2/Gamecube or 3DS on this.

It is a real R36s. Runs great for the platforms it can play. Up to PS1 for home consoles and DS for handhelds. Build quality could have been better. Screen on mine is gonna fall out soon. Battery indicator isn’t accurate. It was on 0% for 20 minutes and charged to 40% in 3 minutes. Make sure you change the micro SD card as soon as possible, and look into which brands work in the second slot. Funny enough I heard complaints about the Dpad and even the clones had lousy dpads, but registers diagonal inputs flawlessly. Other than that, it’s a great retro handheld on a tight budget. I’m enjoying my time customising the device and reliving memories. Definitely worth picking up

I think it’s the original; the quality is good. I received the latest and verified version, V22. The console I got came with the Panel 4 model. I bought a transparent black one and a transparent red one, and they both have RAM chips. I strongly recommend backing up all your data and transferring it to a higher-quality SD card. Since I have a MacBook, I downloaded Balena Etcher and transferred all the data from the cheap SD card that came with the R36s to a SanDisk ImageMate, which surprisingly improved the console’s boot speed and made it run a bit smoother. However, I recommend buying a higher-quality SD card than the one I bought, but even so, the one I bought is better than the one that came with the console. Remember, this is to prevent your console’s data from becoming corrupted and leaving you unable to play, although it’s something that can be fixed; you can avoid it.

Understanding that this is an emulator, I am thrilled with this. Been wanting to play some Pokemon Emerald, and it works perfectly. The product works as advertised, screen brightness is amazing, and the controls are solid. Been playing for two weeks and would recommend.

This is an original R36S retro doodad with spiffy colours (red one) and works great out of the box. I bought it as a gift and have it configured with Knulli Scarab using Techdweeb’s theme on my own SD Card and it all works great. As advertised games above PS1 like Dreamcast is a bit hit and miss (Star Wars Episode 1 Racer has choppy audio but visuals are ‘ok’.)
SD Card (128GB) was unbranded and used ArkOS, contained over 300 bios files and many many games, Roms folder had +- 50k files.
Took 8 days to arrive in South Africa for me. All in all quite happy.
