Up to support 14TB for the disk. If the hard drive capacity is less than 2TB, we recommend you to use a 12V/2A power supply. If the hard drive capacity is more than 2TB, we recommend you to use 12V/4A or more power supply so that you can have enough power to drive the hard drive properly.
We recommend use the Newest HDD. Use the security HDD will work more better.
PC HDD most can not work.

Face Detection
The NVR can connect to the camera that supports the ONVIF protocol.
But NVR’s face detection and motion detection can only work with XM IPC( no wifi version), and the IPC firmware version should be over 2021.
As long as the IPC can connect to icsee or xmeye, it means it is XM’s product. You can choose the camera that can connect to icsee or xmeye at Aliexpress
Vehicle Detection
It need to work with XM’s IPC that can support Vehicle Detection function.
Max Support the 1920*1024 Display
Since NVRs have different display resolutions, you need to set the resolution of the NVR and your monitor to the same resolution before using it in order for the NVR to work properly.
