The camera arrived in good time and produces a good picture on a tablet. However, regardless of which Tuya App is used, or what settings are made to my home network, it simply will not connect and change its IP address. This means that the ONVIF and RTSP functions that were advertised do not work as this camera seems fixed as a WiFi hotspot with a factory set IP that can only communicate to a phone, not a home networked PC. The camera also does not show its MAC address or allow any changes, simply reporting “Camera Can’t Configure”. This is very disappointing as I bought it solely for its RTSP capability – which I have yet to see. I followed all the instructions many times, downloaded the additional recommended software and even used the support ChatBot from the vendor – none solve this problem with the product.
