Equalization indicator:
1. When the equalizer light is on, the equalizer work is turned on.
2. Equalizing light is off, equalizing circuit sleep state,

Equalization principle:
This module is adjacent voltage difference equilibrium, if adjacent cell voltage difference is above 0.1 V, chipset will trigger the balanced work until the adjacent voltage difference is within 0.03 V, If there is a neighboring voltage difference when charging and discharging on the battery pack, the voltage error of the battery pack will also be turned back to a more ideal value, reducing the battery maintenance cost.
