2. If I send you pictures of some styles or drawing , would you be able to do it for me?

Yes, we do.You could send us designs to check first. We can make any designs based on photos or sketch you sent.

Shipping Guide

If dress is available in stock,we will ship within 3 working days after payment received.

If dress need to make,the estimated production time is 3-8 weeks(depend on styles),then it is shipped.Normally shipping is an additional 7-15 business days by fast express depending on countries and locations but it can take longer from time to time.

Tracking ID will be sent to you to check the delivery status after your dress is shipped.

We have an easy return/exchange process If you are not totally satisfied with the item(including quality problem, wrong size etc.)

3) Not fit for you(with wrong size), the quality problem

4) No Refund: Custom-made Petite or Plus Size and Made to your Specification.

5) It is buyers’ responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.
