It’s tiny enough to use on my arms and cheeks. Press the top part to get the suction. Don’t forget to oil the area so you can glide it.

This is good. Make sure you oil the skin then press down the top to get the clamp on the flesh of the skin. To remove it press anywhere on the outer side to release the air. It comes with no instruction

The item is harder to suck the fat in with oil or lotion but in raw skin it’s quite easy to suck the fat in. Also, after use u can see the dirts or before use when receiving. So, i mainly use alcohol wipes to clean it before/after use. The bigger the size of cupping the harder to use in less fat and other areas aside back and easy areas to cup. Might need M size for me but i’ll managed till the next purchase. Fast shipping, received less than 8-9 days!
